Carefully removed by professional installers. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. 2 screw holes from previous door numbers (see photos) which could easily be filled.

Odd light marks and paint flaking off in places, as is expected from pre-owned wooden items. This item could benefit from being sanded and repainted. Small area of rot under the bottom of the door (see photos) this could be treated by a competent carpenter. There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key. Multipoint locking system making it very secure. The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside. Could be altered if you would like the door opening the other way (holes would need to be filled). Glazing is single glazed, distorted. The colour externally is White and internally is Cream. The handles are Solid Brass and the hinges have been painted White.
