UPVC / PVCu White Front door. UPVC / PVCu front door. Carefully removed by professional installers. Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. Sidelight would need cutting off as there is no glass or beading unless you wanted to replace both of these. One Georgian bar is snapped on the outside. The rain sill is missing from the front of the door.

NOTE: if you wanted to replace the glass and beading in the sidelight and use it like this the width including the sidelight is 124.9cm Please see last photo/s relating to the defects. The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc) Has White hinges with Gold Chrome handles. The sidelight can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 93cm. The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

High quality 5 point'Wink Haus' locking system making it very secure. Comes with 1'Mila' key. Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units. Ideal if you're after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
