Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. Not bowed or rotted at all.
Some chips and dents to the wood in a few locations (see photos) which could be filled and touched up. Screw holes on the internal side (see photos) which could also be filled. The paint is chipped in a few ares on either side, as is expected on reclaimed wooden items.
This item could benefit from being sanded and repainted. There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible. Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key. Multi point locking system making it very secure.
The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside. Could be altered to open the other way (holes may need to be filled). Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
The colour externally is White and internally is Cream. Has matching Black coloured furniture.
