Outwell Nevada XL tent INC CARPET, FOOTPRINT, FRONT AWNING, SIDE EXTENSION PORCH. Great large family tent, sleeps 6.

Comes with footprint, poles, pegs and carpet. The carpet has been cleaned last year. Also includes front awning and side extension porch - making it even bigger - useful as a cooking / kitchen area. Tent has some black spots in some places, it has always been packed away dry and stored indoors though. It would need airing out and maybe waterproofing as it's been few years since it was last waterproofed.

One tiny hole in the front ceiling area which already have been patched up and doesn't leak. I think there might be a small tear at the bedroom area (at the back) - where u hang up the bedroom pod, not really a problem for us. I can say it's in good condition, a good few more years left of use.
