Debris and junk helter skelter in the dirt front yard. Lovely flowering trees shade the mess!! Faux wood frame has chips. Mat is chippy and stained.... Commensurate with age and use.

Frame is 13" x 16". Mat opening is about 11" x 8". May be signed on lower left, but hard to tell please see photos.

It is vintage, and any imperfections that have occurred only add to the charm and uniqueness. If you are expecting it to be new in the box, never touched by life or human hands, it is not for you.
