UPVC / PVCu White Front door with a sidelight. UPVC / PVCu front door with a sidelight. Carefully removed by professional installers. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. Centre door panel is ever so slightly discoloured. Slight marks/ scratches to the interior letter box flap and the exterior sill. Adhesive residue marks on the exterior of the panel which should come off with a strong cleaner. Please see last photo/s relating to the defects. The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side. Has Chrome hinges with Chrome handles. Just the sidelight/ window is: 46cm in width and can be removed if required. Just the frame width is 97cm.
The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside. The door is also a low threshold door which means it cam be sunk into the ground to sit flush with floor level and have nothing to step over. 5 point'ERA' locking system making it very secure. Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys. Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
